About this position
Lulu's is a communal, bottle-driven winegarden, with two lush garden patios, and reimagined dinner
party fare with hints of the Southwest US.
We are currently seeking a part-time shift supervisor. Our concentration is wine and therefore extensive
wine knowledge is a plus. We are a high-volume bar; bartenders should be experienced in classic
cocktails and have some beer knowledge. Candidates should be enthusiastic, kindhearted, and have a
passion to provide guests with an excellent guest experience.
Primary duties include:
- Approximately 10-15 hours of bartending per week.
- Approximately 2-3 hours of bar prep/admin per week.
- Being responsible for managing during their shifts, supervising staff while working the bar,
making cocktails, and taking care of guests.
Candidates should have:
- At least 2 years of high-volume bartending experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisor or management experience.
- Open availability to work weekends.
- Experience with cocktail prep and cocktail creation is a plus.
Candidates will receive:
