Location & Schedule

• Multiple clinic locations; specific locations will be provided during the interview process
  Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

• In-person interview in Tucson, AZ required

• One-week orientation in Tucson, AZ required upon selection

• Travel between assigned clinic locations is required
  
  Job Description:
  We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Travel Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing healthcare team. The NP will provide high-quality clinical care across multiple clinic locations, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.

  
  
  Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing therapies

• See an average of 20 patients per clinic day

• Complete patient documentation within 48 hours of each encounter

• Ensure documentation meets regulatory, licensure, and payer requirements

• Provide clinical care across multiple practice locations as assigned

• Follow established clinical workflows, protocols, and standards of care

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA

• Participate in quality assurance, utilization review, and patient-care improvement initiatives

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the healthcare team

  
  Qualifications
  

• Active and unrestricted DEA license

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license

• NPI number

• Current BLS and ALS certifications

• Proficiency with technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Willingness and ability to travel between multiple clinic locations

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
