Job Title: Bathroom Installer / Plumber
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bathroom Installer / Plumber to manage complete residential bathroom remodels. This role combines expert plumbing work (rough-ins, finish hookups, and code compliance) with high-end carpentry, specializing in acrylic tub/shower systems and LVP flooring installations.
Key Responsibilities
Bathroom Remodeling: Demo spaces; install acrylic shower bases, tubs, wall surrounds, and LVP flooring (including subfloor prep, trim, and transitions).
Plumbing Operations: Execute rough-in piping, valve placements, drain settings, and final fixture hookups in full compliance with local plumbing codes.
Waterproofing & Carpentry: Apply high-grade waterproofing/caulking; perform light framing, wall levelling, casing, and finish carpentry.
Quality & Safety: Maintain clean job sites, follow OSHA guidelines, perform pressure/leak testing, and deliver exceptional finished work to homeowners.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in residential bathroom remodeling with demonstrated plumbing skills (Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in acrylic systems, LVP installation, pipe fitting, leak diagnostics, and basic wall/subfloor framing.
Requirements: Personal hand/power tools, physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
