Responsibilities
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- EPA and TDLR
- 1 year of residential maintenance experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
