As a Customer Experience Expert, you are the face of Kurtis Chevrolet’s modern retail experience. Your goal is to make every customer feel welcomed, informed, and confident — from the moment they walk in to the moment they drive away.
Customer Experience ResponsibilitiesCreate a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for every customer
Guide customers through a smooth, stress‑free buying experience
Listen closely to customer needs and help them find the right vehicle
Maintain a positive, helpful presence on the showroom floor
Ensure customers feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their visit
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems
Conduct engaging test drives and product walk‑arounds
Stay up‑to‑date on Chevrolet product knowledge
Help customers compare models and understand their options
Support the sales team with accurate product information
