- Build schedules based on business needs, volume, employee availability, and labor expectations.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, overtime, staffing coverage, and employee performance.
- Establish clear expectations and maintain accountability across the service team.
- Lead pre-shifts, service training, product education, and ongoing team development.
- Partner with Operations and HR on performance management and employee relations.
- Build relationships with guests, resolve concerns, and continually improve the guest experience.
- Support revenue growth through hospitality, product knowledge, guest retention, and strong service execution.
- Support catering, online ordering, large orders, events, pop-ups, and seasonal activations.
- Maintain working knowledge of POS, scheduling, online ordering, catering, and other FOH systems.
- Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and operations leadership on menu updates, product availability, training, events, and service priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve service flow, efficiency, consistency, and overall performance.

- Strong scheduling, labor-management, and organizational skills.
- Strong hospitality instincts and guest-recovery skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Strong judgment, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with POS, scheduling, and other restaurant technology.
- Hands-on leadership style with a consistent presence in the operation.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
