Electrical Foreman

Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing electrical crews in industrial or commercial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with electrical tools and equipment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting complex systems
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems
- Familiarity with OSHA and other safety certifications
- Ability to solve electrical issues quickly and efficiently
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant electrical experience, including supervisory roles in industrial or commercial projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Comfortable working around heavy machinery and electrical systems
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
- Safety certifications such as OSHA are highly desirable
Salary: $44 - $50 per hour, based on experience and licensure
