Electrical Foreman

Are you a seasoned Electrical Foreman ready to lead and inspire on high-stakes projects? As an Electrical Foreman, you'll be at the forefront of electrical installation and maintenance, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing electrical crews in industrial or commercial environments
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with electrical tools and equipment

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting complex systems
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems
  • Familiarity with OSHA and other safety certifications
  • Ability to solve electrical issues quickly and efficiently

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant electrical experience, including supervisory roles in industrial or commercial projects

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Comfortable working around heavy machinery and electrical systems
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
  • Safety certifications such as OSHA are highly desirable

Salary: $44 - $50 per hour, based on experience and licensure
