About this position
From choosing the right cruise ship to finding a resort that checks all the boxes, sometimes the biggest challenge for travelers is simply figuring out which option is right for them.
As a Cruise & Resort Experience Coordinator, you'll help clients navigate those choices.
You'll learn about cruise lines, ships, resorts, destinations, accommodations, and onboard or on-property experiences while helping clients research and coordinate their vacations.
Your Role
Client requests will vary, but your work may involve:
- Learning about a traveler's vacation preferences and priorities
- Researching cruise itineraries, ships, resorts, and destinations
- Comparing accommodations and available vacation options
- Helping clients understand differences between properties or experiences
- Coordinating reservations and vacation components
- Researching excursions, activities, and additional experiences
- Providing reminders and important travel information
- Following up before departure
- Supporting clients when questions or changes arise
No Cruise Expertise Yet? That's Okay.
Previous industry experience isn't required.
You'll have opportunities to complete training from cruise lines, resorts, destinations, and other travel suppliers while developing your knowledge over time.
We're looking for people who are curious, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients.
A background in hospitality, customer service, sales, education, events, or administrative support can be especially helpful.
