Ahealthcare system serving the Omaha, Nebraska region is seeking a LocumsCardiology Physician to provide inpatient and outpatient general cardiologycoverage. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with thepotential for limited night call in a collaborative, well-supported practice. PositionHighlights
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Potential Night Call: 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM
EMR: Epic
Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions
Perform and interpret Echocardiograms (ECHO) and Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
Document patient encounters using Epic
Participate in night call coverage as needed
Qualifications
Board Certified in Cardiology
Active Nebraska and Iowa medical licenses required
Current DEA registration
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Strong experience in general cardiology, ECHO, and TEE
Location and commute
Omaha, NE 68101.
