We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist or Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various beauty treatments and services, with the ability to manage and enhance the client experience. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients while providing top-notch services.
*Duties*
* Perform a variety of beauty treatments including body waxing, hair threading and tinting, lamination, dermaplaning and facials.
* Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and usage of beauty products.
* Manage social media accounts to promote services, engage with clients, and showcase your work.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and continuously improve skills through training and workshops.
* Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and delivering personalized beauty solutions.
*Requirements*
* Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
* Proven experience in body waxing, hair threading and tinting, and facials is preferred.
* Strong management skills with the ability to oversee operations within the salon environment.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Creative mindset with an eye for detail to deliver high-quality results.
* Ability to manage social media platforms for promotional activities effectively.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
