Join Our TeamWe are seeking a skilled Fitter Welder to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, fit and assemble structural steel or fabricated components, and perform high-quality welds while maintaining safety and production standards.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
- Perform MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and/or Stick welding
- Lay out and position parts using appropriate tools and equipment
- Verify dimensions and ensure assemblies meet specifications
- Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, torches, and drills
- Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
You should be proficient in:
- Tape Measure Reading
- Blueprint Reading
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- MIG Welder
- TIG Welder
- Stick Welder
- Fiberglass
