Job Title: Metal Finisher – 2nd Shift
Location: Middletown, NY
Pay: $21.00/hour + 6% shift differential
Job Type: Full-Time | Manufacturing | Industrial
Shift Availability:
- Training: First shift (approx. 1 week)
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM (paid for 40 hours)
Join our growing manufacturing team as a Metal Finisher in Middletown, NY. This hands-on role supports pre- and post-coating processes, ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Metal Finisher Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment used in pre- and post-coating processes
- Perform in-process inspections before and after coating
- Assist with hardware preparation for coating applications
- Complete process documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure all tasks meet quality and procedural standards
- Follow safety protocols and work in confined spaces as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition (EBPVD) and Plasma processes preferred
- Prior manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
