PENN Apartment Staffing is expanding its maintenance talent network and actively seeking EPA-Certified HVAC Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in the Denton area!
We partner with established multifamily communities throughout DFW and are looking for hands-on maintenance professionals who know how to troubleshoot, repair, and keep apartment communities operating at their best.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including heating and air conditioning.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs.
- Respond to work orders and complete service requests efficiently.
- Assist with apartment renovations, make-readies, and unit preparation.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine property upkeep.
- Identify maintenance concerns and help ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the onsite maintenance team to meet property needs.
WHAT YOU NEED
- EPA certification is required.
- At least 1 year of hands-on multifamily/apartment maintenance experience.
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Two forms of government-issued identification.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in where needed.
