Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours

Become part of HMD Trucking's driver-focused team based in Fort Worth, TX, hauling flatbed freight nationwide.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Load securement and tarping operations
- Pickup and delivery of varied freight
- Maintain hours-of-service and safety standards
You'll run in our 500+ late-model fleet equipped with APUs, inverter outlets, sleeper cabs, and rider seats. Get paid per haul, enjoy predictable home time, $0.70/mile plus performance incentives, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and full health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) coverage.
