Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our welding team. This role involves welding and fabiracting various components for industrial machines using a stainless steel and a variety of tools. This is a hands on position that requires strong mechanical aptitude, percision, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Fabricate and assemble metal components to required dimensions and tolerances
- Operate tools and equipment commonly used in metal fabrication (grinders, saws, drills, etc.)
- Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot fitment, alignment, and welding issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and welding standards
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to weld stainless steel and other metals
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices
