General Labor / Driver (Non-CDL) — Full Time
Florida Hauling & Demo, LLC is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals committed to safety to join our crew. This is a full-time, hands-on role working outdoors on Demolition and Site Development Projects across the area. Our shop is located in Brooksville, FL.
What You'll Be Doing:
Demolition work (interior and exterior)
Driving work trucks/trailers from the shop to job sites
Assisting operators and trades with general site tasks
Loading/unloading tools, materials, and equipment
Keeping work areas clean and safe
Following instructions from site supervisors and adhering to safety guidelines
Operating hand and power tools
Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license
Towing experience
Hand and power tool experience
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs regularly
Reliable transportation to our Brooksville shop
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to work as a team
Must be drug free
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior demolition experience is a plus
Experience in construction, excavation, or site development
Experience operating and maintaining equipment (fluid checks, greasing, pre-use inspections)
Ability to properly load, secure, and transport machinery (tie-downs, chains, binders)
Basic familiarity with construction tools and safety protocols
Understanding of OSHA standards is a bonus
Not required — strong candidates without these qualifications will be considered.
