Position Summary:
The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience of the restaurant's restrooms. This role ensures that all restroom facilities remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and welcoming throughout operating hours while providing attentive and discreet guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all restroom facilities throughout service.
Conduct regular restroom checks to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other high-touch surfaces.
Replenish restroom supplies, including hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other amenities.
Ensure trash receptacles are emptied regularly.
Monitor restroom conditions and promptly address spills, odors, or maintenance concerns.
Provide guests with a welcoming, professional, and attentive experience.
Assist guests when needed while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Communicate any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized attendant station and storage area.
Follow all company sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and remain attentive during busy service periods.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Performance Expectations:
Restrooms must remain clean, presentable, and fully stocked at all times.
Complete restroom inspections consistently throughout each shift.
Address guest needs promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness that reflects the restaurant's overall level of hospitality.
Communicate any concerns to management immediately.
