We are hiring experienced Welders / Fabricators for an immediate full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Vero Beach, FL, paying $24–$28 per hour, DOE. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. This role involves MIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding, metal fabrication, fitting, cutting, grinding, and assembling components for industrial equipment. Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate their welding and fabrication skills through a hands-on assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding on metal components.
  • Fabricate, fit, cut, grind, and assemble metal parts.
  • Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and fabrication drawings.
  • Safely operate welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and follow workplace safety standards.

Requirements

  • Hands-on welding and/or fabrication experience.
  • Experience with MIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding.
  • Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and fabrication drawings.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Must successfully complete a hands-on welding and/or fabrication assessment.
