THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN THE LOUISVILLE, KY, AREA FOR AN HANDS-ON ACCOMPLISHED PRODUCTION/MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR WITH 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR IN HIGH-VOLUME MANUFACTURING WITH METAL AND TIER-1 AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO GROW THEIR CAREER! At the time of this posting, both 2nd and 3rd shifts are available though that can change so please indicate your shift availability in your answers to the attached screening questions.
Individuals applying should the following criteria:
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing as a current or former Production Supervisor in automotive manufacturing.
- Tier 1 automotive supplier background strongly preferred.
- Heavy metal stamping experience is a significant advantage.
- Experience managing multiple production lines simultaneously.
- Union experience beneficial but not required.
- Positive floor presence and ability to manage and mentor hourly production employees.
- Candidates must already live within a commutable distance of the area.
- Candidates are required to have PERMANENT, unrestricted legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future as none is or will be available.
Good work stability is important.
