About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Executive Director (SED) to lead its Dallas market with a focus on driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth, community impact, and market influence. The SED will be the senior market leader, responsible for strategic vision and oversight in fundraising, volunteer engagement, and community impact initiatives. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven, and mission-driven individual with a strong background in business management, complex operations, and data-informed decision-making. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a team of approximately 20 professionals, ensuring operational performance, talent leadership, and market expansion while serving as a visible ambassador for the organization. Applicants for the SED position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and at least 8 years of executive leadership experience in a relevant environment.
