Position Summary:
Perform hands-on assembly of medical packaging products in a cleanroom environment. Follow written instructions and customer specifications to ensure accurate assembly, product quality, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products by hand according to job instructions.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects.
- Follow standard operating procedures and report quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Wear required cleanroom attire, including a face mask, hair covering, gown, shoe covers, and safety footwear.
- Follow workplace safety and product-handling procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, production, packaging, or cleanroom experience.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand coordination.
- Ability to follow instructions, perform basic math, and take accurate measurements.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift or move 25–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
