We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Fence Installer to join our growing crew. In this role, you will work outdoors to build, repair, and replace residential and commercial fences. You will work with a variety of materials, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and ornamental iron. Whether you are an experienced builder or a motivated individual looking to learn a skilled trade, we encourage you to apply.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare job sites by clearing brush, removing old fencing, and staging materials.
  • Measure and lay out fence lines according to project blueprints, sketches, or property lines.
  • Dig post holes using hand tools, post-hole diggers, or power augers to required depths.
  • Mix, pour, and set concrete to securely anchor fence posts.
  • Assemble and install fence panels, rails, pickets, wire mesh, and gates.
  • Operate basic tools safely, including power drills, saws, levels, miter saws, and pneumatic nail guns.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, ensuring all tools are packed up and debris is hauled away at the end of the day.
  • Interact professionally with clients on-site to ensure project specifications meet their expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of fencing, carpentry, landscaping, or general construction experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

  • Tools: Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop or job sites. A clean driving record is a plus for operating company trucks.
  • Attributes: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
