Columbia windows and exteriors is looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to join our dynamic team as full-time Canvassing Experts in the Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas. This is your chance to work with a thriving company that values your drive and rewards your success!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with homeowners and promote our services and products
- Set up FREE consultations with our in-home design consultants
- Go door-to-door, spread the word, and make a real impact in your community.
- Educate potential customers about how our services can make their homes better.
- Maintain lead flow &keep the momentum going!

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills – you know how to get people excited!

- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get you where you need to go.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Hourly of $18-21+ /HR + uncapped commission – earn $50k-120k.
