Join our dynamic construction team as a Semi-Skilled Laborer, where your energy and enthusiasm will contribute to exciting building projects in the City of Miami Beach.
You'll be responsible for:
- Perform tasks such as construction, renovation and maintenance projects.
- Assist with maintenance and repair of streets, parks, buildings.
- Use different tools and equipment for task that involve masonry, drywall, glass installation, trim carpentry, plumbing and basic electrical work.
- Assist with job site preparation and cleanup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as handyman, doing plumbing, electrical or carpentry jobs.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Experience as a handyman or in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, concrete work, electrical, or similar construction experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 3:30 pm)
