Your New Role
Perform residential and light commercial plumbing services throughout the Chicago, Illinois service area
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues involving water lines, fixtures, drains, and related systems
Perform drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service work
Complete plumbing installations, repairs, and routine maintenance
Identify plumbing problems and recommend practical, effective solutions
Follow local plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company workmanship standards
Explain repair options and completed work clearly to homeowners and customers
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Assist with training and mentoring plumbing apprentices in the field
Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Report to the company location in Warrenville, Illinois
Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including after-hours and weekend service

Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber License required
Minimum of 4 years of professional plumbing experience
Hands-on residential plumbing service and repair experience
Experience with drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service work required
Ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety procedures, and industry standards
Valid driver's license
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations
Ability to complete accurate service reports and documentation
Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including evenings and weekends
Ability to safely operate company vehicles and plumbing equipment
Light commercial plumbing experience preferred
Experience training or mentoring apprentices preferred
Ability to reliably report to the Warrenville, Illinois location
