Deon Goldschmidt Attorneys is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation. The successful candidate will handle a moderate caseload and be involved in filing lawsuits, managing discovery, overseeing depositions, preparing for trials, and representing clients in court. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred. Responsibilities
- File lawsuits and prepare legal documents
- Manage the discovery process including document collection and review
- Oversee depositions and prepare witnesses
- Prepare for and attend trials as required
- Consult with and advise clients throughout the litigation process
- Represent clients in court proceedings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury litigation
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish speaking ability
