Job Description
The Server/Event Set Up team member supports tournaments, member functions, and all other golf club events. Reporting to the Events Manager during events, this role prepares dining and event spaces, assists with guest-facing coordination and limited service support, and completes event breakdown on a primarily evening, weekend, holiday, and variable event-based schedule.
Responsibilities
- Set up event spaces for tournaments, member functions, and other golf club events.
- Arrange tables and prepare dining rooms according to event requirements.
- Provide limited food and beverage service and guest service support.
- Assist with guest-facing event coordination.
- Complete event breakdown and restore spaces after events.
- Support server and banquet service activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in event setup and food service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of event setup, table setting, banquet service, and food and beverage service.
- Inventory management skills.
- Understanding of safe lifting techniques.
- Teamwork and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
