Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaintenance and Repairs: Technicians handle a wide range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC servicing, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep. Troubleshoot and fix issues such as leaks, faulty wiring, broken appliances, and HVAC malfunctions.
Preventative Maintenance: Regular inspections of building units, are conducted to prevent problems before they occur. This includes routine checks of common areas, exterior grounds, and safety equipment like fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
Tenant Support: Technicians respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. They may also assist with lockouts, key replacements, and emergency repairs such as power outages.
Property Preparation: Preparing vacant units for new tenants is a key responsibility, which involves cleaning, painting, repairing, and ensuring all systems are functional. This process often includes coordinating with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs. Experience required with driving a Komodo tractor.
