Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide insurance solutions tailored to their needs
- Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options
- Generate new business through networking and referrals
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
Required Skills:
- Billingual English and Spanish
- Some knowledge of Quoting & Binding Home & Auto. (Newly License agent accepted)
- Experience in sales,any industry
- Familiarity with General Liability and Construccion Industry
- Proven track record in managing team work and networking events
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty License
Nice to Have Skills:
- Sales Experience Entry Level
- Computer and softwares experience
- Actual or Prior employee State Farm, Farmers & Allstate or Broker
- Background in Networking
- Understanding of Litigation Management in insurance claims
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $35,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $75,000.00
- Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off
- Plus Bonus and Commisions Very Competive
