Insurance Operations Consultants – Multiple openings – Our client seeks a Insurance Operations Consultants to join their team.
This is a long-term temporary opportity. You will earn a starting salary up to $21 per hour, based on your experience. You will work on-site Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Some of your responsibilities as Insurance Operations Consultant will include:
- Processing transactions which could include address changes, withdrawals, beneficiary changes and more
- Providing information about company products
- Formulating correspondence with customers verbally and in writing
- Documents all responses
- Being a solution seeker
To qualify for the Insurance Operations Consultant position, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; Military experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree
- 1+ year of customer service experience required
- Effective communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Knowledge of annuity products and annuity contract regulations preferred
