Qualifications
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree
- Licensure: Active Florida bar admission required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Litigation practice- civil litigation background; community association experience and foreclosure litigation experience preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of civil procedural rules
- Skills: Exceptional critical analytical capabilities.
- Case Management: Proficiency in handling substantial caseloads within demanding timelines and court-imposed deadlines.
- Advocacy Skills: Demonstrated excellence in oral argumentation and settlement negotiation.
