About this position
Requirements and Professional Skills:
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in full-service or fine dining restaurants.
Professional working proficiency in English and Russian is required for effective communication with guests and team members, staff training, and daily restaurant operations.
Deep knowledge of restaurant service standards and ability to train staff.
Strong understanding of NYC Health Department regulations, food safety, and sanitation compliance.
Knowledge of wine service, beverage programs, and food & wine pairing.
Ability to work with POS systems, process payments, manage reporting and daily cash reconciliation.
Oversee daily operations: opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, floor management.
Recruiting, training, and supervising team members; fostering a professional and positive work environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to resolve conflicts with staff or guests effectively.
Coordination with kitchen, bar, and ownership to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Upholding brand standards, guest experience, and service excellence at all times.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
