Specializing in the apartment industry, we need dedicated professionals like YOU to help us deliver top-tier service and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in preparing apartment units for new residents and providing exceptional customer service to ensure residents’ needs are met. You’ll be responsible for:
- Plumbing: Fix leaky faucets, plunging toilets, replacing toilet parts, and caulking.
- Painting: Touch-ups, wall prep, sanding, color matching, and small-scale applications.
- Appliance Repairs: Handle minor repairs such as replacing burners, refrigerator shelves, and knobs.
- Light Fixtures & Electrical: Repair/replace light fixtures, switches, plugs, and exhaust fans.
- Locks & Hardware: Handle basic lock replacements, adjustments, and installations.
- Support in appliance installations, detailing turnover units, and basic carpentry (closet rods, mirrors, drawers, etc.).
- Janitorial Tasks: Ensure cleanliness of common areas, including bathrooms and trash pickup.
- Curb Appeal: Maintain the exterior beauty of the property, including curbs and sidewalks.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Hands-on experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Proven experience via an updated resume
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete tasks independently while contributing to a team.
