Maintenance Director
Job Summary:
Premier Genesee, a respected 160-bed senior care provider in Batavia, New York, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facility, promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily maintenance operations, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects
Supervise and train maintenance staff, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and standards
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, dietary, and activities, to ensure seamless operations
Budget and manage maintenance costs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
