We are looking for a motivated and dependable Landscape Maintenance & Laborer to join our field team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, and wants to develop their skills with a professional landscaping company.
Unlike many seasonal landscaping positions, this is a year-round opportunity. When the landscaping season slows down, our crews remain employed by assisting with commercial snow removal, equipment upkeep, and facility maintenance.

During the winter months, our team transitions from landscaping and maintenance work to commercial snow and ice removal, ensuring our employees continue working and earning throughout the year. What You'll Be Doing
As part of our landscaping crew, you will help complete installation and maintenance projects while ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and to our quality standards.
Your daily duties will include:
- Completing routine landscape maintenance, including trimming, edging, and general property upkeep
- Installing mulch, plants, and other landscape materials
- Assisting with landscaping installations and outdoor improvement projects
- Operating and maintaining standard landscaping tools and powered equipment
- Supporting crew productivity and completing assigned work within established schedules
- Helping maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites
- Assisting with commercial snow and ice removal operations during the winter season, including plowing, shoveling, snow blowing, and salting
- Working flexible hours during snow events, including overnight, early-morning, weekend, and extended shifts when necessary
- Assisting with equipment and facility maintenance during slower periods

Qualifications and expectations:
- High school education
- Approximately 6-12 months of landscaping or outdoor work experience preferred
- Previous experience driving a pickup truck with an attached trailer is required
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a clean driving record
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Basic mathematical and measuring abilities
- Ability to understand project plans and work toward established production schedules
- Comfortable using a smartphone or similar device for work-related communication
- Physically capable of lifting more than 50 pounds and performing demanding outdoor tasks
- Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions throughout the year
- Ability to successfully complete a background check following a conditional employment offer

Pay and employment
- $18 to $22 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
- Full-time, year-round W-2 employment
- Overtime opportunities
- Continued winter employment through commercial snow operations and maintenance work
Time off and holidays
- 80 hours of paid vacation annually, increasing by 8 hours after the first year, up to a maximum of 120 hours after five years
- 80 hours of unpaid vacation annually
- 24 hours of paid sick leave annually
- Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve
Additional benefits
- Health insurance reimbursement covering 50% of monthly costs, up to $225 per month
- 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% company match on the first 3% of contributions and a 50% match on the next 2%, providing a maximum 4% employer match when contributing 5%
