Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
Aviata at West Palm Beach is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our residents and patients. Responsibilities:
Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards
Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition and status
Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
Assist in dining, including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and clean up
Provide companionship and conversation
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age
Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course
Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
Compensation and Benefits:
$17 - $18 HOURLY
