At Heating, Cooling & Electric Solutions you run your own calls from diagnosis to done: gas boilers, furnaces, mini splits, heat pumps, central AC and rooftop units, in homes and commercial buildings.
Pay: $35-$70 an hour, based on experience. Subs: the same range, or by the job.
Where: Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Nassau County (we're based in Fresh Meadows, Queens)
Type: full-time, part-time or subcontractor
Must have: 5+ years, EPA 608 (Type II or Universal), your own vehicle and tools
The work:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
- Service and install boilers, furnaces, mini splits, heat pumps, central AC and rooftop units
- Explain the problem and the fix to the customer in plain words, and leave the site clean
- Show up on time and keep us and the customer updated
You have:
- 5+ years as an HVAC tech and heating plumber
- EPA 608 card, Type II or Universal
- Your own work vehicle and tools
- References we can call: a recent customer or a contractor you've worked for
- Subs: your own insurance, with proof
