tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time, year around Commercial Landscape Crew Foreman to help support our grounds operations in the Greater Cincinnati area. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity leave general grounds services, landscaping projects, winter snow services, and seasonal services throughout the year. You will be supported by a strong operational leader, and an operations team based out of our Sharonville, Ohio office.
Pay Rate: $21 to $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm (depending on weather and regional conditions)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew in
- weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated routemulchingplant and flower installweeding flowerbedstrimming bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shapeshoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weatherpreparing grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weather
- Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.Experience managing a crew preferred.Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfactionValid driver's license.Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.Effective communication skills.Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.Ability to work overtime.
