Afiyah at Home LLC is hiring Caregivers to provide compassionate, person-centered care in an Adult Family Home setting.
Pay & Classification
- $17.00/hour
- Hourly, non-exempt position
Schedule
- 8–12-hour weekday shift
- Every other weekend
- 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care and mobility
- Support independence, safety, and emotional well-being
- Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Document care and report changes in condition
- Assist with appointments and transportation

Work hours and scheduling may vary based on resident acuity, care plans, staffing levels, and Wisconsin licensing requirements. Flexibility is an essential function of this role.
