This job requires you to perform real estate closings according to the contract. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Must clear requirements as set out by attorney or by lenders. Prepare all closing documents necessary to ensure title insurance is issued after closing. Oversee the issuance of checks, bills, statements, and receipts. Conduct closing with customers, realtors, and lenders. Upload all documents pertinent to the file in a timely manner so that the title insurance policy can be issued. Recruit and retain realtors and lenders.
Compensation Based on Experience.
