Now Hiring: General Labor – Yorkville, IL
We actively hiring for immediate, full-time General Labor positions in Yorkville, IL, offering competitive weekly pay up to $21.00/hour. These are excellent temp-to-hire opportunities featuring a predictable, rotating bi-weekly schedule.
Shift Schedules & Compensation
- 1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM | $19.00 / hr
- 2nd Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM | $21.00 / hr
- The Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts. You will work 3 days one week, followed by 4 days the next week.
Position Information & Work Environment
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career growth potential.
- Work Environment: Cold work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working continuously in refrigerated or temperature-controlled storage areas.
- Daily Duties: Handling materials, sorting stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe production floor.

- Screenings: Standard background check and drug screening required prior to placement.
- Core Standards: Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts, strong reliability, and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
