Responsibilities:
- Auguring drain lines and performing sewer camera observations
- Replacing/installing water heaters, garbage disposals and sump pumps
- Repairing/replacing faucets, tub spouts, shower valves and cartridges, outside hydrants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
