Restaurant Associates is looking for passionate culinary professionals to be part of something special at The Pearl Café, our exciting new café concept located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.

We're building a talented team and are currently hiring for:

• Lead Cooks
• Short Order Cooks
• Prep Cooks
• Garde Mangers

If you have at least two years of culinary experience and a passion for great food, we'd love to meet you. Formal culinary training is a plus, but enthusiasm, skill, and a commitment to excellence are what matter most.
