We are hiring experienced MIG & TIG Welders / Fabricators to join our team in the Akron area. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, and excellent benefits in a stable, growth-focused environment.

Pay & Schedule

  • Starting Pay: $25-27+/hr (based on experience)
  • Weekly Gas Reimbursement
  • Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift)
  • Overtime: Available

️ Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum
  • Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
  • Fabricate and assemble parts to precise specifications
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures

✅ Qualifications

  • 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
  • Experience working with steel and/or aluminum
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Manufacturing or shop experience preferred
