Nurse Practitioner (Adult or Family)/APRN – Employee and Occupational Health
Location: Reno, NV
About the Role:
HireHealth is seeking compassionate and motivated Adult or Family Nurse Practitioners to join our growing occupational health team in Nevada. This is a great opportunity for nurse practitioners who enjoy a structured schedule, predictable work, and the satisfaction of helping employers and employees through wellness and pre-employment services.
Position Highlights:
· Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Immediate need for Mondays)
· No weekends, no call
· Outpatient, clinic-based setting
· Focus on pre-employment and occupational health physicals, health screenings, and related assessments.
· Supportive environment with training provided.
· Part-time and full-time positions available
· New graduate applicants welcome!
Responsibilities:
· Perform physical examinations and health screenings.
· Conduct health assessments, vitals, vision/hearing checks, TB testing, FIT Testing and immunization reviews.
· Document findings accurately in compliance with employer, state and federal guidelines.
· Collaborate with employers and occupational health team to ensure timely reporting.
· Provide patient education and referrals when needed.
Qualifications:
· Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Adult NP) in the State of Nevada (or eligibility for licensure)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Commitment to professional, high-quality patient care
· Occupational health or urgent care experience a plus, but not required.
