- Schedule: Clinic: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Call: 7am-7am, 1:3 ratio. Rounding: approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily for patients in labor & delivery or post-partum. Dates needed: September 4-7 (through morning of the 8th), October 23-25 (through morning of the 26th), October 30-November 1 (through morning of the 2nd), November 25-29 (through morning of the 30th), December 21-January 3 (through morning of the 4th). Ongoing into 2027 anticipated. Note: orientation date should be factored in for the day before any start date for a new provider.
- Job Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient; 16 beds in department
- Types of Cases: Low and high risk pregnancy; FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE); OB Ultrasounds (Level I/Screening); Routine vaginal delivery; Low forceps delivery; Decision-making for C-section; C-section; Breech delivery; Multiple births; Abruptions; VBACs; Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations; Office/minor gynecology (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.); Surgical gynecology - open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor (tubal ligation, LOA's, chromotubation), and operative/major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's). Average deliveries per year: 1,650.

- Support Staff: 2 RNs, 3 MAs, 7 Office Staff Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
- Certifications: ACLS required; BLS required; Other certification required
- Licensure: Active Washington State license, will consider IMLC
- Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean background and completed application submitted
- Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including completed background check and drug screen
