Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform follow-up visits and coordinate patient care
- Collaborate closely with interventional pain physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Pain management, PM&R, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Neurology, or related experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Passion for helping patients improve function and quality of life
