Job DescriptionJob Description Barton Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a leading pizza manufacturing facility in Crest Hill, IL. Join a fast-paced team supporting the production and packaging of high-quality pizza products. Join the team in Crest Hill, IL, supporting the manufacturing of high-quality pizza products in a fast-paced environment.Environment: Production environment with varying temperatures, including cold and hot working conditions.
1st Shift
- Pay: $17.01/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Environment: Colder production line
- Pay: $18.01/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:45 PM–6:00 AM
- Overtime: As needed
- Environment: Temperature-controlled production areas ranging from -30°ree;F to 176°ree;F
Responsibilities:
Package pizza products according to company standards
- Operate case erectors, case packers, and case sealers
- Hand-pack products into boxes
- Verify product quality and packaging integrity
- Requisition materials as needed
- Report quality or production issues to leads or supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all GMP, food safety, and company safety guidelines
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity

- Basic communication skills in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10–13 hours
- Ability to frequently walk, bend, reach, and perform physical activities
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -30°ree;F to 176°ree;F, as applicable
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED
