Job Description

Our Miami-based client is a fast-growing digital health platform transforming the wellness industry by modernizing access to personalized treatments for weight loss, sexual health, and healthy aging - all backed by licensed U.S. clinicians and state-of-the-art care.

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager, from the Telehealth industry, who knows how to turn advertising budgets into profitable customer acquisition!

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact paid media campaigns, shape growth strategies, and help build a powerful in-house marketing function in the rapidly expanding digital healthcare space. If you've successfully scaled campaigns for Telehealth brands, understand the economics behind customer acquisition, and thrive on delivering measurable results, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with opportunities to explore additional channels such as Reddit, Bing, and Snapchat.

  • Drive profitable customer acquisition campaigns across a range of telehealth and digital healthcare products, focusing on conversion optimization, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.

  • Continuously monitor and improve key performance metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and campaign profitability.

  • Develop and execute campaign testing and optimization strategies, adjusting audience targeting, ad creatives, messaging, and budget allocations to maximize performance.

  • Ensure all advertising campaigns and creative assets comply with Meta, Google, and applicable healthcare advertising policies, minimizing account restrictions and disruptions.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, advertising agencies, and creative partners to identify winning strategies, scale successful campaigns, and accelerate sustainable revenue growth.

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and paid customer acquisition, preferably within telehealth, digital health, online pharmacy, or prescription healthcare services.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign creation, optimization, audience targeting, and budget management.

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring customers at profitable CAC levels and scaling paid advertising campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS.

  • Solid understanding of healthcare advertising regulations, platform compliance requirements, and marketing restrictions related to prescription medications.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating campaign performance, customer acquisition economics, conversion metrics, and advertising ROI.

  • Proven experience developing and scaling successful digital marketing campaigns within the telehealth or digital healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific customer acquisition strategies and challenges.
