About this position
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plant financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, and production performance.
- Develop and analyze KPIs to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Partner with operations and corporate finance leadership to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
